The TRUPCR® Meningitis Panel Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for qualitative detection and differentiation of Enterovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, Herpes simplex virus 1 & 2, Human adenovirus, Human cytomegalovirus, Human herpesvirus 6 & 7, Human parechovirus, Human parvovirus B19, Mumps virus, Varicella zoster virus, Haemophilus influenzae, Neissria meningitides, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus pneumonia, Listeria monocytogenes, Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC), Non-tuberculosis Mycobacterium (NTM) and Cryptococcus neoformans/gattiion Real-Time PCR. An endogenous internal control is also included in each reaction.
