TRUPCR® Respiratory Pathogen Panel Kit (now with Interpretation Software)

The TRUPCR® Respiratory Pathogen Panel Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of following microorganisms from respiratory samples and bacterial/viral cultures using Real-time PCR method. The human RNaseP gene serves as an internal positive control, also included in this kit. This respiratory virus detection kit is based on amplification of conserved region of the microbial genome. Multiplexed reactions run in parallel in each tube to detect different targets with the help of four different dyes.
