TRUPCR® UTI ID PCR Panel Kit

TRUPCR® UTI ID PCR Panel Kit is a multiplexed Real-time PCR kit which is intended for qualitative detection and differentiation of UTI caused by bacteria and/or fungi from human urine of UTI-suspected individuals. It includes five tubes targeting fourteen major uropathogens (bacteria and fungi) . This assay is based onTaqMan hydrolysis probe which allows higher specificity and sensitivity. The targets are detected with the help of four different dyes.
