The TRUPCR® NAAT Kit (RUO) is a qualitative Real-time PCR kit for the detection of Hepatitis B viral DNA, Hepatitis C viral RNA & Human Immunodeficiency type-1 viral RNA in human serum or plasma (EDTA) . The analytical sensitivity of the Kit meets WHO International Standards and consistently detects the presence of: – HBV at the level of = 2.5 IU/ml – HCV at the level of = 25 IU/ml – HIV-1 at the level of = 100 IU/ml
