The TRUPCR® INV16 (A) Standards Kit is designed to enable accurate calibration and quantification of the INV16 (A) fusion gene in RT-qPCR workflows. Precisely defined standards are provided for producing reliable standard curves, allowing consistent and reproducible control gene measurement. The kit contains six plasmid-based standards with tenfold serial dilutions ranging from 106 to 101 copies. The standards are supplied as ready-to-use aliquots and are intended for construction of a full calibration curve, supporting robust assay performance, accurate quantification, and reliable normalisation. The TRUPCR® INV16 (A) Standards Kit is used in conjunction with RT-qPCR assays to create a standard curve for quantifying INV16 (A) fusion transcripts. The defined serial dilutions allow for precise determination of target copy number in test samples. Six standards (106 to 101 copies) are used to generate a tenfold dilution series for calibration.
