TRUPCR® PML RARA-BCR3 Standards Kit

TRUPCR® PML-RARA BCR3 Standards Kit is designed to enable accurate calibration and quantification of the PML RARA-BCR3 fusion gene in RT-qPCR workflows. Precisely defined standards are provided for producing reliable standard curves, allowing consistent and reproducible control gene measurement. The kit contains six plasmid-based standards with tenfold serial dilutions ranging from 106 to 101 copies. The standards are supplied as ready-to-use aliquots and are intended for construction of a full calibration curve, supporting robust assay performance, accurate quantification, and reliable normalisation. The TRUPCR® PML RARA-BCR3 Standards Kit is used in conjunction with RT-qPCR assays to establish a standard curve for quantifying PML RARA-BCR3 fusion transcripts. The defined serial dilutions allow precise determination of target copy number in test samples. Six standards (106 to 101 copies per 5 μL) are used to generate a tenfold dilution series for calibration. Each dilution is recommended to be run in duplicate to ensure high-confidence results and assay reproducibility. This kit is intended for research use only and is designed for use alongside dedicated primer and probe sets for PML RARA-BCR3 detection in RT-qPCR workflows.
