TruNGS® Endometrial Cancer Panel Kit (Including Bioinformatics workflow and Reporting)

This product is designed to detect SNVs, Indels and CNVs in 31 marker genes and hotspots in 6 pharmacogenomics genes associated with endometrial cancer from nucleic acid extracted from fresh frozen/formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue. The kit has been designed to detect SNVs, Indels and CNVs in DNA isolated from formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue specimens.
