TRUPCR® IDH1/2 Detection & Differentiation Kit

TRUPCR® IDH1/2 Detection & Differentiation Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection and differentiation of IDH1/2 somatic mutations in genomic DNA extracted from human blood (EDTA) or bone marrow (EDTA) and FFPE Tissue using Real-time PCR. The results from the TRUPCR® IDH1/2 Detection & Differentiation Kit must be interpreted within the context of all relevant clinical and laboratory findings. Each reaction contains an endogenous internal control in order to control for PCR inhibition. Please note: This kit is also available for IDH1 mutations only. Please see ordering details below.
