InVivoMAb Anti-Mouse CD3E Antibody (145-2C11)
145-2C11 is highly effective at inducing T-cell depletion in vivo. In BALB/c mice, administration of 145-2C11 resulted in a marked reduction of circulating T cells, even at very low doses. A single injection of just 1 μg was sufficient to significantly diminish T-cell levels, while higher doses of 20 μg and 100 μg produced even more profound and extensive depletion. These properties make 145-2C11 a powerful experimental tool for modulating T-cell responses and studying immune regulation in murine models.
