Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) CD3 T Cells

Type 1 Diabetes CD3 T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood of IRB-consented adult donors diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. These CD3+ T lymphocytes reflect the immune dysfunction associated with Type 1 Diabetes and are valuable for investigating T cell phenotypes, cytokine secretion, exhaustion, and inflammation in autoimmunity and chronic disease.
