Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV CD3 T Cells are isolated from peripheral blood of IRB-consented adult donors diagnosed with Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV. These CD3+ T lymphocytes reflect the immune dysfunction associated with HIV and are valuable for investigating T cell phenotypes, cytokine secretion, exhaustion, and inflammation in autoimmunity and chronic disease.
