3,3' Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is a widely used chromogen for immunohistochemical staining. In the presence of peroxidase enzyme, DAB produces a brown precipitate that is insoluble in alcohol. This kit is prepared for Immunohistochemistry, Immunoblot or Dot Blot.
