Indirect immunostaining of cultured PFA fixed rat astrocytes with Guinea pig anti-S100A1 (cat.  no. 420 004, dilution 1  :100; red) and mouse anti-GFAP (cat.  no. 173 011, dilution 1  : 1000; green) . Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue) .​
