EphA3, Mouse (sf9, His-GST)

The EphA3 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that promiscuously binds to membrane-bound ephrin ligands to initiate bidirectional signaling. Activation of EphA3 is known to preferentially bind to EFNA5 and regulates cell-cell adhesion, cytoskeletal organization, and migration. EphA3 Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant mouse-derived EphA3 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-GST, N-His labeled tag.
