The antibody was isolated from ascitic by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.

IH (1/100 - 1/1000), IF (1/100 - 1/1000), FC (1/1000 - 1/4000), E (Use at an assay dependent concentration)

1 mg/ml. Liquid in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol, 0.02% Sodium Azide

Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C for one year. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with Pig IgG. No antibody was detected against non immunoglobulin serum proteins.
