Short Description
The paxillin phospho-tyrosine regulation antibody kit can be used to detect phosphorylation of paxillin at Tyr-31 and Tyr-118 relative to total paxillin expression. The kit includes mouse monoclonal and rabbit polyclonal antibodies to detect paxillin expression, as well as secondary reagents for detection in Western blot.

Mouse monoclonal and rabbit polyclonal antibodies are supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/mL BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide.
