The organelle market kit can be used to co-localize proteins to specific organelles in cells. The kit includes a panel of antibodies that detect the following cell organelles: Caveolae = Caveolin 1, Endoplasmic Reticulum = Calnexin, Endosomes = EEA1, Golgi = GM130, Mitochondria = Hsp60, Nucleus = Histone H2B.
Buffer
Mouse monoclonal and rabbit polyclonal antibodies are supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/mL BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide.
