Short Description
The CD44 ELISA kit can be used for capture of human CD44 protein in ELISA sandwich assays of cell lysates, serum, and other liquid biological samples. The kit includes mouse monoclonal anti-CD44 (CM591P) capture antibody and anti-CD44 (CM010D) Isotype IgG2b detection antibody along with anti-Mouse IgG2b specific:HRP (MS3231) secondary reagent.
Buffer
Mouse monoclonal and rabbit polyclonal antibodies are supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/mL BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide.
