UTI Panel Real Time PCR Detection

The UTI Panel Real Time PCR Detection Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the rapid and simultaneous detection of key urinary tract infection (UTI) pathogens—including Enterobacter cloacae, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella oxytoca, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Morganella morganii, Mycoplasma hominis, Proteus mirabilis, Providencia stuartii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratia marcescens, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Ureaplasma parvum serovar, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Candida parapsilosis, and Candida tropicalis. The kit is CE-IVDD compliant and intended for research use only (RUO) in the U.S. It offers higher sensitivity and faster turnaround compared to traditional culture-based methods and is compatible with standard real-time PCR platforms.
