Probe-Based 2x qPCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use, high-performance formulation optimized for real-time quantitative PCR using hydrolysis probe detection (e.g., TaqMan® probes) . It contains a hot-start DNA polymerase, optimized reaction buffer, Mg2+, dNTPs, and stabilizers for exceptional sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. The mix enables accurate quantification of target genes across a wide dynamic range and is compatible with singleplex and multiplex assays. Suitable for genomic DNA, cDNA, or viral templates, it supports most real-time PCR instruments and probe chemistries. Simply add primers, probe, template, and water—no optimization required.
