2x qPCR Mix, SBGR, Rox

The 2x qPCR Mix, SBGR, ROX is a ready-to-use quantitative PCR master mix formulated for precise, sensitive, and reproducible real-time DNA amplification using SYBR® Green detection chemistry. It contains BioMiga’s HotStart DNA polymerase, optimized buffer, Mg2+, balanced dNTPs, and a fixed concentration of ROXTM passive reference dye for normalization on qPCR instruments requiring standard ROX calibration. The mix provides excellent specificity, wide dynamic range, and high signal-to-noise ratio even with low-copy templates or GC-rich targets. Ideal for gene-expression studies, viral load detection, and quantification of DNA or cDNA templates. Simply add primers, template, and water—no optimization needed. Compatible with most real-time PCR systems using standard ROX reference settings.
