2x qPCR Mix, SBGR, Low Rox

The 2x qPCR Mix, SBGR, Low ROX is a ready-to-use quantitative PCR master mix optimized for high-sensitivity real-time detection using SYBR® Green fluorescent dye. This formulation includes BioMiga’s hot-start DNA polymerase, balanced dNTPs, Mg2+, and reaction buffer with a low concentration of ROXTM reference dye for normalization on instruments requiring passive reference calibration. The mix delivers exceptional specificity, linearity, and reproducibility across a wide dynamic range of templates, including low-copy and GC-rich targets. Designed for precise quantification in gene-expression studies, RNA analysis, and pathogen detection, it requires only primers, template, and water—no optimization needed. Compatible with most standard real-time PCR platforms supporting low-ROX settings.
