1st cDNA Synthesis Kit

The 1st cDNA Synthesis Kit is designed for rapid, efficient, and high-yield reverse transcription of RNA into complementary DNA (cDNA) for downstream PCR, qPCR, and gene-expression analysis. It contains BioMiga’s high-efficiency reverse transcriptase, optimized 5x reaction buffer, dNTPs, and both random hexamer and oligo (dT) primers for broad compatibility with mRNA, total RNA, and viral RNA templates. The enzyme offers strong thermal stability and resistance to common inhibitors, ensuring full-length cDNA synthesis from even challenging RNA samples. The kit provides high sensitivity, reproducibility, and linearity across a wide dynamic range, making it ideal for transcriptome studies, RT-PCR, and viral detection.
