One-Step RT-PCR Kit

The One-Step RT-PCR Kit provides a fast, convenient, and reliable system for reverse transcription and PCR amplification in a single reaction tube. It combines BioMiga’s thermostable reverse transcriptase and high-performance DNA polymerase with an optimized reaction buffer and balanced dNTP mix, enabling sensitive detection of RNA targets from as little as 1 pg total RNA. The streamlined workflow minimizes handling steps, reduces contamination risk, and ensures consistent performance for gene expression studies, viral detection, and RNA analysis. The enzyme system efficiently amplifies fragments up to ~5 kb and is compatible with a wide range of RNA templates, including total RNA, mRNA, and viral RNA. Supplied with 2x reaction buffer, enzyme mix, and detailed protocol.
