Express Hi Fi DNA Polymerase

The Express Hi-Fi DNA Polymerase is a high-fidelity, fast-cycling enzyme designed for rapid, accurate amplification of DNA fragments up to 10–15 kb. Engineered with strong 5′→3′ polymerase and 3′→5′ exonuclease proofreading activity, it offers error rates up to 100x lower than Taq while maintaining exceptional speed and yield. The optimized hot-start formulation minimizes non-specific amplification and enhances reaction specificity, even with low-copy or GC-rich templates. The enzyme produces blunt-ended PCR products suitable for seamless cloning and high-accuracy sequencing. Ideal for applications including mutagenesis, cloning, and next-generation sequencing library preparation. Supplied with an optimized 5x buffer containing Mg2+ for flexibility and performance.
