Hi-Fi DNA Polymerase

The Hi-Fi DNA Polymerase is a high-fidelity, proofreading DNA polymerase engineered for precise, robust, and long-range PCR amplification. Possessing strong 5′→3′ polymerase and 3′→5′ exonuclease proofreading activity, it delivers error rates 50–100x lower than standard Taq, ensuring accurate amplification of complex or GC-rich templates up to 10–15 kb. The enzyme’s optimized buffer system enhances yield, specificity, and processivity, making it ideal for cloning, mutagenesis, sequencing, and NGS library preparation. Hi-Fi DNA Polymerase generates blunt-ended products suitable for cloning into blunt-end vectors. Supplied with 5x reaction buffer and Mg2+ for flexibility in optimization.
