MV Cycle-Pure Purification Kit

The MV Cycle-Pure Purification Kit offers rapid, high-efficiency cleanup of PCR and enzymatic reaction products. After mixing the reaction (typically 5–50 μL) with the provided binding buffer, DNA fragments—from ~100 bp up to ~20 kb—are bound to a silica-matrix micro-column, washed to remove primers, nucleotides, enzymes and salts, then eluted in just 10–30 μL of low-salt buffer or nuclease-free water. Typical recovery exceeds 80–90% of input material. This kit supports both spin-column and vacuum-manifold workflows. Included are micro-columns, collection tubes, binding buffer, wash buffer, elution buffer and a detailed user manual. Use the kit for downstream applications such as sequencing, cloning, restriction digestion, labeling and in vitro transcription.
