The 96-Well Cycle-Pure Kit offers a high-throughput purification solution for cleaning up PCR or enzymatic reaction products from a full 96-well plate—for one plate or multiple plates in one run. Designed for fragments in the ~100 bp to ~12 kb range, the kit uses a bind-wash-elute format in a 96-well silica- or filter-plate, efficiently removing primers, nucleotides, enzymes and salts. Typical recoveries exceed ~75-90% of target DNA, with eluates ready for downstream use in sequencing, cloning, restriction digest, labeling or microarray workflows. The run time is approximately 20-30 minutes per plate, and the format supports manual vacuum/centrifuge use or liquid-handling automation.
