RNA Probe Purification Kit
The RNA Probe Purification Kit provides a streamlined, high-efficiency method for purifying labeled or synthetic RNA probes—such as in-vitro-transcribed RNAs, radio-labeled riboprobes, fluorescently tagged RNAs or small-RNA fragments used for hybridization or functional assays. After synthesis or labelling, the reaction is applied to a specialized spin-column or bead-based format, which rapidly removes free nucleotides, enzymes, salts and unincorporated labels. The bound RNA is washed to eliminate residual contaminants, and then eluted in a low-volume, nuclease-free buffer optimized for downstream use in Northern/Southern blotting, in-situ hybridization (ISH), microarray hybridization, RNA-FISH or other RNA-based analytical techniques. Typical yields exceed ~70–90 % of input, with high purity (A260/A280 ≥ 1.8) and minimal buffer carry-over. Kit components include purification modules (columns or beads), wash buffers, elution buffer, collection tubes, and a detailed user protocol. No ethanol precipitation or phenol-chloroform extraction is required—ideal for molecular biology, genomics and diagnostic-research workflows where probe integrity and reproducibility are critical.
