MV Cycle-Pure Purification Kit

The Cycle-Pure Purification Kit delivers rapid clean-up of single- or double-stranded DNA from PCR or other small-volume enzymatic reactions. The workflow involves adding a binding buffer to the reaction (5–50 μL input), passing the mixture through a silica-matrix spin column or equivalent, performing two quick washes to remove primers, nucleotides, enzymes and salts, and finally eluting in 30–50 μL of nuclease-free water or low-salt buffer. The system reliably recovers DNA fragments in the ~70 bp to ~20 kb range with >80–90% yield, making them ready for downstream applications such as TA-ligation, restriction digestion, sequencing, cloning or labeling. The kit components include the binding buffer, wash buffer, spin columns (or equivalent binding matrix), collection tubes and a detailed protocol. No phenol/chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation required—ideal for molecular biology labs needing fast, reliable purification of PCR products.
