Cycle Pure Kit

The Cycle Pure Kit is a rapid DNA clean-up system designed to purify single- or double-stranded DNA fragments derived from PCR or other enzymatic reactions. Starting with small reaction volumes (typically 5–50 μL), samples are mixed with a binding buffer and applied to a silica-based spin column. After two wash steps, the purified DNA is eluted in 30–50 μL of nuclease-free water or low-salt buffer. The system efficiently recovers DNA fragments from ~100 bp up to ~10 kb (or more) with yields exceeding ~80–90% under optimal conditions. The eluate is free of primers, nucleotides, enzymes and salts, making it immediately suitable for downstream applications such as T-A ligation, restriction enzyme digestion, sequencing, cloning or labeling reactions. No phenol/chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation is required, and total processing time is under ~10 minutes. The kit includes spin columns, collection tubes, binding buffer, wash buffer (s), elution buffer and a detailed user protocol.
