96-well Blood DNA Kit

The 96-Well Blood DNA Kit enables high-throughput isolation of genomic DNA from anticoagulated whole blood (fresh or frozen), buffy coat or cultured cells in a 96-well plate format. Samples are lysed using protease and chaotropic salts, DNA is bound to the silica-membrane or filter-plate under optimized conditions, washed to remove proteins and inhibitors, and finally eluted in low-salt buffer or water. Typical input volume is ~50-200 μL whole blood per well with yield up to ~2-8 μg DNA depending on cell density. The workflow can be completed in under ~60–90 minutes and is compatible with vacuum manifolds or centrifugation systems. The kit includes 96-well DNA binding plate, collection plates, adhesive films, lysis buffer, protease, wash buffers, elution buffer and detailed protocol. Ideal for molecular biology, genomics, and large-scale screening laboratories requiring consistent DNA recovery with reduced hands-on time.
