The 96-Well Tissue DNA Kit enables high-throughput isolation of genomic DNA from animal or human tissue samples in a 96-well plate format—ideal for parallel processing of up to 96 samples in one run. The protocol begins with Proteinase K-assisted tissue lysis, followed by DNA binding to a silica-membrane plate, rigorous wash steps to remove proteins, lipids and inhibitors, and final elution of pure DNA in low-salt TE or nuclease-free water. The streamlined workflow completes in under 60 minutes without phenol/chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation. Typical sample input is up to ~20–30 mg tissue per well, and purified DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, restriction digestion and sequencing. The kit includes a 96-well binding plate, deep-well collection plate, sealing films, lysis buffer, Proteinase K, binding buffer, wash buffers, elution buffer and a detailed protocol. Ideal for molecular biology, genomics, and large-scale screening labs requiring consistent DNA yield and purity from tissue samples.
