Tissue DNA Kit

The Tissue DNA Kit enables rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from animal or human tissue samples. The workflow begins with tissue homogenisation and Proteinase K digestion, followed by lysis, selective DNA binding to a silica-membrane spin-column (or magnetic-bead format), wash steps to remove proteins, lipids and inhibitors, and final elution in TE or nuclease-free water. Typical input ranges from ~10–30 mg fresh or frozen tissue (or equivalent cell number), yielding DNA suited for PCR, qPCR, restriction digestion, sequencing or genotyping. The kit includes lysis/PK buffer, binding columns (or beads), wash buffers, elution buffer, and a detailed user protocol. No phenol/chloroform extraction and minimal hands-on time—ideal for molecular biology and genomics labs requiring consistent DNA purity and yield.
