Allprep DNA/RNA Kit

The AllPrep DNA/RNA Kit enables the simultaneous purification of high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from a single biological sample, saving time and preserving sample integrity. Using optimized buffer chemistry and selective silica-membrane technology, genomic DNA binds to one column while total RNA—including small RNA species—binds to a second. The workflow provides parallel purification of both nucleic acids from cells, tissues, blood, or other biological materials in under one hour. Typical inputs include up to 107 cells or 30 mg of tissue, yielding DNA and RNA of high purity (A260/A280 ≈ 1.8–2.1) suitable for PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, RNA-seq, genotyping, and other downstream applications. The kit includes lysis and wash buffers, DNA and RNA spin columns, optional DNase I reagent, RNase-free water, and detailed instructions. Ideal for genomics, transcriptomics, and molecular diagnostics workflows requiring matched DNA/RNA from a single sample.
