Biozol RNA Isolation Kit

The Biozol RNA Isolation Kit provides a single-step method for isolating total RNA from a wide variety of biological materials including cells, tissues, bacteria, yeast, and blood. Based on organic extraction chemistry using a monophasic solution of phenol and guanidine thiocyanate, the reagent effectively lyses cells and inactivates RNases, allowing rapid separation of RNA, DNA, and protein by phase extraction. The RNA is subsequently precipitated, washed, and solubilized in RNase-free water, yielding high-integrity RNA suitable for RT-PCR, Northern blotting, RNA-seq, and other downstream applications.
