Cell.Tissue. RNA Kit plus

The Cell / Tissue RNA Kit Plus is a high-performance RNA purification system designed for cultured cells and animal or human tissue samples. The kit features a rapid lysis protocol in a denaturing buffer that immediately inactivates RNases and prevents RNA degradation. A genomic-DNA clearance step is built in to remove contaminating DNA, followed by RNA binding to a high-capacity column, efficient wash steps, and elution of high-quality RNA in RNase-free water. Typical yields range depending on sample type, with clean A260/A280 and A260/A230 ratios suitable for RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, microarray, RNA-seq or other downstream applications. Includes lysis buffer, DNA-clearance column, RNA-binding columns, wash buffers, RNase-free elution water and detailed user protocol. All reagents are stable at room temperature for ease of use.
