The 96-well Blood Viral RNA Kit is engineered for high-throughput purification of viral RNA from whole blood (fresh or stabilized) in a 96-well plate format—ideal for automated or manual parallel processing of clinical or research samples. The workflow uses magnetic bead or silica-filter technology to lyse viral particles, bind RNA, remove inhibitors (e.g., heme, proteins), and elute high-quality viral RNA ready for downstream RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, sequencing or genotyping. Sample input typically ranges from ~50 μL up to ~200 μL per well (depending on kit variant) . The kit supports complete 96-sample throughput in less than an hour, with yields suited for sensitive viral detection, even from low-titer samples. It includes a 96-well binding/clearance plate or magnetic bead reagent set, lysis/binding buffer, wash buffers, elution buffer, carrier RNA (if required), and a detailed user protocol.
