96-well Blood RNA Kit

The 96-Well Blood RNA Kit enables high-throughput purification of total or pathogen RNA from up to 96 whole-blood samples in parallel. Designed for 96-well plate formats, the workflow supports direct processing of blood (e.g., EDTA, citrate, heparin) with no need for phenol/chloroform extraction. Lysis and binding proceed in 96-well format, followed by wash steps to remove proteins, heme and inhibitors, then elution of high-quality RNA in RNase-free buffer. Typical processing time is under 60 minutes for a full plate. Sample input volumes commonly range from ~50 μL up to ~2.5 mL per well depending on kit variant; yields typically range from several hundred nanograms to tens of micrograms of RNA per sample. Purified RNA is suitable for RT-qPCR, microarray analysis, RNA-seq and expression profiling workflows. Kit components include 96-well processing plates, binding/collection plates, lysis/binding buffer, wash buffers, elution buffer, optional DNase I treatment and detailed protocol.
