96-well Tissue RNA Kit
The 96-well Tissue RNA Kit is designed for high-throughput isolation of total RNA from tissue samples (typically ~5–30 mg per well, depending on tissue type) or small cell culture aliquots, in a 96-well plate format. The workflow uses rapid denaturing lysis to inactivate RNases, followed by binding to a silica-membrane or filter-plate, washing to remove proteins, DNA and contaminants, and elution of high-quality RNA in RNase-free water. Purified RNA is suitable for demanding downstream applications including RT-qPCR, microarray analysis, RNA-seq library prep and gene-expression profiling. The kit supports both manual vacuum/centrifuge processing and automation-compatible workflows. Kit components typically include: 96-well binding plates, collection plates, lysis buffer, binding buffer, wash buffer (s), RNase-free Elution Buffer, DNase I solution (optional), RNase-free plastics (seals, films), and a detailed user manual.
