Tissue RNA Mega Kit

The Tissue RNA Mega Kit from BioMiga is designed for high-capacity isolation of total RNA from large tissue samples or high-cell-number preparations (for example, ~200-500 mg of tissue or >1 x 107 cultured cells) . The kit utilizes a strong-denaturing lysis buffer to immediately inactivate RNases, combined with a high-capacity RNA binding column (ezBindTM silica-matrix) capable of handling milligram-scale RNA loads. With optimized wash steps and elution buffer, the purified RNA is suitable for demanding downstream applications such as large-scale transcriptomics, RNA-seq library preparation, qPCR arrays, and microarray studies. The workflow is streamlined—lysis, binding, washing, elution—requiring minimal hands-on time. The kit includes high-capacity spin columns, large-volume lysis and wash buffers, Elution Buffer, and RNase-free components plus a detailed user protocol. Ideal for genomics and biotech labs processing bulk tissue samples with consistency and reproducibility.
