Cell.Tissue RNA Mini Kit

The Cell & Tissue RNA Mini Kit provides a fast, reliable method to isolate high-quality total RNA from mammalian cells or tissue samples. The streamlined workflow uses a single lysis buffer and one wash buffer, enabling purification in under 30 minutes. Purified RNA is suitable for RT-PCR, Northern blotting, microarray analysis and real-time PCR. Typical yields range from ~2–4 μg per mg of tissue or ~10–25 μg per 1 x 106 cells. The kit includes RNA LY buffer, RNA RB buffer, RNA Wash Buffer, RNase-free water, spin columns, and collection tubes. No phenol/chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitations required. Ideal for gene-expression studies and high-quality downstream analysis.
