EzFilter 96-well Yeast Plasmid Kit
The ezFilter 96-Well Yeast Plasmid Kit is engineered for high-throughput isolation of plasmid DNA from yeast cultures grown and processed in a 96-well plate format. The streamlined workflow uses lyticase/glass-bead disruption, modified alkaline-lysis and BioMiga’s proprietary ezBindTM silica-matrix in a filter-plate format, allowing one full 96-well plate to be processed manually in ~60 minutes. The kit supports both centrifugation and vacuum extraction protocols, and the procedure has been validated for autonomous yeast plasmids, including low-copy vectors. Genomic DNA contamination is virtually eliminated by the optimized lysis/clearance steps. Kit components include a 96-well lysate-clearance/filter plate, binding/filter plate, collection plate, Buffer YPI/II/III, lyticase, glass beads, RNase A, DNA Wash Buffer, Elution Buffer and detailed user manual. Ideal for yeast‐based cloning, transformant screening and high-throughput workflows.
