MgPure 96 ezFilter Plasmid Kit

The MgPure ezFilter 96-Well Plasmid Kit offers a high-throughput, magnetic-bead and filter-based workflow for isolating plasmid DNA from 96 samples in a single batch. Designed for full automation or manual processing, this kit enables purification of 96 plasmid preps in approximately one hour with higher yield compared to traditional membrane or plate-based formats. The MgPure® magnetic beads bind DNA in solution while the ezFilterTM unit streamlines lysate clarification. The system supports low-copy plasmids, BACs, PACs and cosmids, making it well-suited for robotics, library generation and large-scale plasmid workflows. Kit includes magnetic beads, large-volume lysis/neutralization buffers, ezFilterTM plate or unit, binding & wash buffers, elution buffer, RNase A and detailed protocol.
