MgPure ezFilter Maxi Kit

The MgPure ezFilter Maxi Kit offers a high-capacity, high-throughput plasmid DNA purification solution using BioMiga’s advanced magnetic-bead “MgPure” technology combined with the rapid lysate-clarification ezFilter system. The kit is designed to process large bacterial cultures (e.g., ~100–250 mL or more) and deliver yields up to ~1-1.5 mg of plasmid DNA per prep when using high-copy vectors. The workflow uses magnetic beads for binding in-solution, efficient wash steps for removing proteins, salts and other impurities, and vacuum or magnetic separation for rapid processing. DNA is ready for demanding downstream applications such as transfection, sequencing, library screening or gene-therapy vector construction. The kit includes magnetic bead reagents, large-volume lysis/clearance buffers, the ezFilterTM clarification unit or filter syringe, high-capacity binding columns or beads, wash buffers, Elution Buffer, RNase A, and detailed user protocol. Ideal for research labs requiring consistent high yield, scalability and compatibility with automation.
