96 ezFilter M13 Isolation Kit

The 96 ezFilter M13 Isolation Kit provides a high-throughput solution for purifying single-stranded M13 phage DNA from ~1–3 mL of culture per well in a 96-well plate format. Designed for rapid library screening or large-scale phage applications, the kit uses the patented ezFilterTM two-layer filtration system to clarify lysates efficiently and a reversible-binding silica matrix to capture DNA. Typical yields reach ~3–10 μg of M13 ssDNA per prep. The buffer system is free of guanidine salts, cesium chloride, ethidium bromide and ion-exchange resin residues — ensuring ultra-clean output suitable for sequencing, phage display, vector generation and downstream molecular biology workflows. The kit supports automation or manual workflow in ~30–45 minutes per plate. Contents include 96-well filtration/binding plates, culture/clearance/collection plates, Buffers PB and PC, DNA Wash Buffer, Elution Buffer, RNase A, and a detailed protocol.
