EzFilter 96 BAC/PAC Isolation Kit

The ezFilter 96 BAC/PAC Isolation Kit is a rapid, high-throughput system for purifying large-insert vectors (BACs, PACs, cosmids, P1) from 1–5 mL of E. coli culture in each well of a 96-well plate. The dual-layer ezFilterTM clarification system simplifies lysate processing and supports both centrifuge and vacuum workflows—one plate can be handled in ~60 minutes, two in under ~80 minutes. The mini-column format has a DNA binding capacity of ~1-4 μg per well. Purified DNA is free of guanidine salts, cesium chloride, ethidium bromide and ion-exchange resin residues, ensuring high‐quality output suitable for downstream applications such as library screening, large-insert sequencing, vector construction, and biotech-scale workflows. The kit includes 96-well plates (cell culture, lysate clearance, DNA binding, collection), sealing/vent films, Buffer X1, X2, X3, Binding Buffer, DNA Wash Buffer, Elution Buffer, linear polyacrylamide for low-copy vector recovery, RNase A, and a detailed user manual.
