HP Plasmid Midi Kit

The HP Plasmid Midi Kit offers a streamlined, high-performance method for isolating plasmid DNA from 15–50 mL of E. coli culture. Using BioMiga’s proprietary ezBindTM silica-matrix system and guanidine-free buffer chemistry, the kit consistently delivers plasmid DNA of superior purity and yield (median ~150-250 μg from a 50 mL culture) with a binding capacity of ~250 μg. The user-friendly workflow includes lysis, neutralization, DNA binding, washing and elution — with optimized buffer volumes and rapid centrifugation steps. Recovered DNA is ready for downstream applications such as transfection of robust cell lines, restriction enzyme mapping, library screening, sequencing, and other molecular biology workflows. The kit includes ezBindTM midi columns, Buffer A1, Buffer B1, Buffer C1, Buffer KB, RNase A, Elution Buffer and detailed user protocol.
