Mgpure Viral RNA Purification Kit

The MgPure Viral RNA Purification Kit from BioMiga provides a rapid, high-throughput magnetic-bead based workflow for isolating total viral RNA from clinical and research specimens including plasma, serum, nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal aspirates or washes, swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage, tracheal aspirates and sputum. The kit’s optimized protocol is validated for viruses such as SARS-CoV-2, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis C and HIV, and delivers RNA compatible with PCR, qRT-PCR and other downstream applications. Workflow supports both manual and automated formats (e.g., 96-well plates, Kingfisher®, Hamilton® platforms) with pre-filled or standard bead-and-buffer formats. Key features include: proteinase K optional for low-titer samples, a < 30-minute processing time for 96 samples in the pre-filled version, deep-well and bead formats for high throughput.
