The EndoFree Plasmid ezFlow Megaprep 10 mg Kit from BioMiga is engineered for ultra-high-yield plasmid DNA purification—capable of isolating up to ~10 mg of high-copy plasmid DNA from ~1 L (or more) of E. coli culture in about 60 minutes. Leveraging BioMiga’s proprietary ezBindTM column matrix and specialized EndoFree buffers, the kit reliably reduces endotoxin levels to <0.2 EU per μg DNA, making the product ideal for sensitive downstream applications.
